Web Buzzzzzzzz.....

Web buzz aggregates the top recommended internet content from what people have found interesting, useful, and/or entertaining. This content is aggregated from the sites known as harvesters in the social search arena.

Search Engine Watch quotes:

Social search harvesters are a relatively new breed of tools that tap into the collective wisdom of their users. When a user of one of these services finds something interesting on the web, they nominate it for consideration from other users. People then "vote" on the content, and any content that garners enough votes gets pushed forward as a recommended source for the rest of the community.

News

There is a News section that is new providing up-to-date breaking news, business, science and technology, sports, entertainment, and health headlines. Now any visitor can be 'in the know' at all times of what is going on in the world!

I had tried this earlier, but without much success...I have since worked out the kinks.

Search Engine Lowdown Interview

Today...Search Engine Lowdown published an article about Yurnet. The writer, Garrett French...suggested...

a suggestion for YurNet:Provide a better explanation for what each type of search is on your site. It's hard to tell from first glance that you have so many different options for searching, and once I found out I had trouble understanding right away what each section did. Have you experimented with tabs rather than a drop down menu?If you have thoughts or suggestions for YurNet please comment them - Chris is very receptive.

Well, this suggestion has been implemented! Thanks Garrett for taking the time to mention YurNet!
